1er mai 1948 La Société SOULIER a été créée par Monsieur SOULIER Joseph, l’activité a débuté à la RICAMARIE.
En 1973, l’entreprise qui était au nom personnel de Monsieur SOULIER Joseph s’est transformée en S.A.R.L. au capital de 80 000 Frs.
En 1974, l’entreprise déménage au Chambon Feugerolles où nous sommes aujourd’hui.
En 1991, la S.A.R.L. s’est transformée en S.A. au capital de 500 000 Frs.
En 2000, l’atelier de production s’agrandit de 500 à 1 300 m2 et les bureaux passent de 80 à 300 m2
En juin 2001, le capital est converti en Euros et augmenté à 160.000€.
En juin 2003, la S.A s’est transformée en S.A.S.
A partir de janvier 2006, une nouvelle société « SOULIER LA PRECISION MECANIQUE » est créée et « SOULIER S.A.S » devient Holding.
En juin 2006, le capital est augmenté à 522.000€

Née en 1948, elle fut créée par Joseph Soulier Père qui a su transmettre, à ses fils, Paul et André, actuels dirigeants de la société, la flamme du travail bien fait.

Depuis sa création, la société n’a cessé d’évoluer et d’investir dans du matériel de pointe, anticipant ainsi les évolutions technologiques et les mutations du marché de la pièce mécanique.. La sous-traitance implique de grandes responsabilités. Elle a toujours été le moteur de l’entreprise. Soulier SA, c’est aussi et avant tout les hommes. Une équipe de 25 professionnels au savoir-faire pointu, très exigeants envers eux-mêmes pour réaliser un produit parfait.

In 1973, the company, personally owned by Mr Joseph SOULIER, became a Limited Liability Company with a registered capital of 80 000 Frs.

In 1974, the company moved to Chambon Feugerolles where we still are today.

In 1991, the Limited Liability Company became a Limited Company with a registered capital of 500 000 Frs.

In 2000, the production workshop was extended from 500 to 1 300 m2 and the offices from 80 to 300 m2

In June 2001, the capital was converted into Euros and increased to 160 000€.

In June 2003, the Limited Company became a Simplified Joint-Stock Company.

In January 2006, a new company “SOULIER LA PRECISION MECANIQUE” was founded and “SOULIER S.A.S” became a Holding.

In June 2006, the capital was increased to 522.000€.

Joseph Soulier established the company in 1948 and he has passed his commitment to excellence on to his sons, Paul and André, who run the company today.
